Our customers originally used slot style round nuts by CNC machining. But
machined nuts are easily formed with burr in the slot, which will cause stuck
locking. Through our engineers're-design, we improve the nuts on the
following aspects:
1. Change the slot into three blind holes. The result is easier assembly and
no burr problem.
2. The three blind hole design can also resolve the stuck locking problem. It
supports easy positioning without damaging the thread.
3. Formed by cold forging, it can shorten delivery and improve product
strength.
4. New design can save 35% from the original design and reduce delivery lead
time by three weeks
