The tensile strength and pull force of general captive screws are
not very high. To meet our customers¡¦ requirements on higher tensile strength
from 150N to 300N, and torque from 45kgf/cm to 70kgf/cm, we redesign the
structure of captive screw besides utilizing stronger material. Our engineers
have faced strict challenge to make small modification based on the existing
conditions in actual application. By using the 2D and 3D softwares for
simulation and computation, our engineers can accurately figure out dimensions
and make prototypes accordingly. The customers are very satisfied with the
result after testing because we have indeed fulfilled their requirements. We
